LEFT BODY GEAR WHEEL WELL VERTICAL TIRE GUARD UPPER WEB DAMAGED.  FOUND ON BLOWN TIRE INSPECTION.  REMOVED FABRICATED AND REPLACED PER BOEING SRM 51-40-00.
