BRAKE ACCUMULATOR LOWER CAP BROKEN OFF COMPLETELY.  REMOVED AND REPAIRED BRAKE ACCUMULATOR PER MM 32-41-09.  PRECHARGED ACCUMULATOR PER MM 12-15-09.  SYSTEM TESTS NORMAL PER MM 32-41-00.
