## Discrepancy

PILOT COMPLAINED OF NO CABIN HEAT.  INSPECTION FOUND HEATER MIXING VALVE ON FIREWALL WITH BROKEN FLANGE, ALLOWING FLEX DUCT FROM HEAT MUFF TO COMPLETELY DISCONNECT FROM THE MIXING VALVE.  FLANGE SHOWED VERY LITTLE WELD PENETRATION.
