ALB- FLIGHT 3543 CREW DISCOVERED CAPTAINS SIDE WINDOW CRACKED.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPTAINS SIDE WINDOW IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEHAVILLAND DASH 8 MAINTENANCE MANUAL 56-10-16.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
