## Discrepancy

LGA-FLIGHT 3635.  CREW REPORTED FLOOR LEVEL EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND GALLEY LIGHT SWITCH CAME ON AND FLICKERED FOR 30 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF.  MAINTENANCE CLEANED CANNON PLUG ON FLIGHT ATTENDANTS PANEL.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
