## Discrepancy

PHL FLIGHT 3800.  CREW REPORTED CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLASHING ON AND OFF.  PHL MAINTENANCE REPLACED RELAY 2431-K14 AND 15.  ALSO REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
