ROC FLIGHT 3512.  CREW REPORTED, UNABLE TO OPEN THE AIRSTAIR DOOR.  AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO MDT.  MDT MAINTENANCE REPLACED FORWARD UPPER DOOR STRUT.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
