## Discrepancy

ALB- FLIGHT 3945 CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKER IN DESCENT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND RIGHT PROP DEICING BRUSH BLOCK SHORTED AND OVERHEATING AT BACKING PLATE.  BRUSH BLOCK AND DEICE CABLE ASSEMBLY REPLACED.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
