## Discrepancy

LGA FLIGHT 3671.  CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS STAY ON WITH THE SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY/BATTERY PACK IN COAT CLOSET.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
