## Discrepancy

PHL - FLIGHT 3882  CREW REPORTED FLOOR LEVEL EMERGENCY LIGHTING INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND RIGHT REAR EMERGENCY EXIT FLOOR STRIP DETACHED.  FLOOR STRIP WAS RESECURED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
