## Discrepancy

PIT-FLIGHT 3716 CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED ON AND OFF IN FLIGHT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND A WIRE STICKING UP FROM LIGHT STRIP.  WIRE WAS RESECURED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
