## Discrepancy

REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS COMING ON AND NOT EXTIGUISHING. LIGHTS WERE REPORTED AS CYCLING ON AND OFF. FOR TROUBLESHOOTING MAINTENANCE REPLACED BATTERY POWER PACKS, NO FIX. THE EMERGENCY LIGHT CONTROL BOX WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM CHECK GOOD.AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
