## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMBOUT, LOST HYDRAULIC SYSTEM "A" QUANTITY AND PRESSURE.  T/S FOUND LEAKING NR 5 KRUEGER FLAP ACTUATOR.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ACTUATOR AND OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
