## Discrepancy

DURING THE DAILY INSPECTION, FOUND A VERTICLE CRACK EXTENDING UP FROM THE LOWER HOLE ON THE AFT SIDE OF THE ADAPTER.  INSTALLED 3 SERVICEABLE ADAPTERS.
