DURING 21,000 HOUR STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, FOUND INTERCOSTAL AT FS 498, TO HAVE A .75 INCH CRACK EMANATING FROM OUTER FLANGE.  REPLACED INTERCOSTAL WITH NEW PART IAW BEECHCRAFT STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL.  (W)
