LGA - FLT 4739 - AFTER TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT INTAKE DE-ICE FAILED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LGA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT INTAKE CONTROLLER.  SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD.  (M)
