LGA - FLT 4781 - AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LEFT WINDSHIELD HEAT FAILED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LGA DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT WINDSHIELD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
