LGA - FLT 4501 - AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LEFT AHRS FAILED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LGA.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AHRS.  SYSTEM TESTED GOOD.  (X)
