## Discrepancy

ALB - PROPELLER WAS REMOVED TO EVALUATE EXCESSIVE RADIAL PLAY.  UPON INSPECTION, THE FOLLOWING WAS FOUND:  SLIDER BLOCK HAD BECOME DETACHED FROM CROSSHEAD CAUSING CROSSHEAD TO ROTATE APPROXIMATELY 45 DEGREES.  THE CROSSHEAD WAS DAMAGED BY OPERATING PIN OF PROPELLER BLADES.  (X)
