AT LEVEL OFF FROM CLIMB UNABLE TO REDUCE RT ENGINE SPEED.  MAINTENANCE FOUND SPEED LEVER CABLE FROZEN.  PURGED AND LUBRICATED AIRFRAME SIDE OF CABLE.
