DURING TAKEOFF GUSTLOCK LIGHT ON CENTRAL WARNING PANEL ILLUMINATED.  AIRCRAFT ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO BLOCK.  MAINTENANCE FOUND RUDDER GUSTLOCK SWITCH FROZEN AND THAWED WITH EXTERNAL HEAT.
