RIGHT RECIRCULATING FAN EMANATING STRANGE ODOR, BURNING, MELTING PLASTIC ODOR IN CABIN.  R & R BURNED BALLAST ABOVE SEAT 10D.  FOUND RIGHT RECIRCULATION FAN TO BE OPERATING NORMALLY AND NOT PUTTING ANY FOWL ODORS OUT.
