## Discrepancy

DAMAGE FOUND ON THE MAIN ROTOR HEAD ASSY INNER SLEEVES AFTER THE BLADES HAD BEEN REMOVED FOR OTHER MX. THE PRIMARY BLADE BUSHING IN THE MAIN ROTOR BLADE CAUSED DAMAGE ON THE INNER SLEEVE.
