ALLS HANDLE CRACKED; SECOND OCCURANCE. FOUND DURING OPERATION OF SYS.  PROBABLE CAUSE FOR CRACK IS STRESS FATIGUE; CORRECTIVE ACTION - REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.
