## Discrepancy

MED CREW DETECTED A BURNED RUBBER/PLASTIC ODOR COMING FROM CABIN AIR CONDITIONING VENT.  MECHANIC FOUND CONNECTOR SHORTED AND BURNED.  REMOVED CONNECTOR AND WIRED AFT FAN MOTOR DIRECT WITHOUT CONNECTOR THROUGH ENVIROMENTAL SPLICES.
