## Discrepancy

THE CAD DISPLAYED "IDLE" WHEN FADEC SWITCH WAS TURNED ON.  THE ENG WAS NOT RUNNING AT THIS POINT.  THE 20VE SWITCH PANEL WAS FOUND TO BE THE CAUSE.  THE PANEL WAS REPLACED AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
