## Discrepancy

THE INBD TAIL ROTOR HUB ELASTOMERIC BEARING WAS FOUND SHEARED ON A PREFLIGHT INSP.  MX CONFIRMED THE DISCREPANCY AND ORDERED A REPLACEMENT TAIL ROTOR HUB ASSY.  THE HUB ASSY WAS REPLACED AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
