DURING RETURN LEG OF FLIGHT TO BASE, DETECTED THE ODOR OF FUEL IN CABIN AREA.  ON LANDING AT BASE, FOUND FUEL WETNESS AND DROPS ALONG BELLY PANEL, AFT OF THE AFT FUEL CELL AREA.
