AFTER ACFT ARRIVAL AT BASE, TROUBLESHOOTING AN UNRELATED DISCREPANCY.    DURING WALKAROUND, FOUND A CRACK IN THE UPPER VERTICAL STABILIZER, FWD OF THE SPAR ON THE LOWER FRAME.
