## Discrepancy

ON CLIMBOUT FROM BASE HELIPAD, INSTRUMENT LIGHTS FAILED.  ATTEMPTED TO RESET SWITCHES AND DIMMERS WITH NO RESULTS.  RETURNED TO BASE HELIPAD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CONTACTED THE BASE MECHANIC WITH NOTIFICATION OF MX ISSUE.
