## Discrepancy

DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, A CRACK WAS FOUND IN THE ARM OF THE STARFLEX.  THE STARFLEX IS CURRENTLY BEING REPLACED AT THE TIME OF THIS SUBMISSION.
