POST FLIGHT, AFTER ACFT PUSHED INTO HANGAR.  PIC DISCOVERED RT SIDE PAX DOOR STRIKER PLATE LOWER SCREW & RIVNUT WAS PULLED THROUGH AIRFRAME STRUCTURE.  NOTED DEFORMED & MUSHROOMED HOLE & THREE CRACKS RADIATING FROM RIVNUT HOLE.
