## Discrepancy

REPOSITIONING FROM A PATIENT OFFLOAD FROM OUR SOUTH PAD TO OUR NORTH PAD, SMELLED ELEC SMOKE.  AFTER LANDING, DETECTED SMOKE FROM THE AREA AROUND THE 5A PANEL.  FOUND 2" NVIS LIGHT CONNECTOR FOR 5A PANEL BURNT.
