## Discrepancy

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FOR A FLIGHT AND SHORTLY AFTER DEPARETURE, SMOKE AND FUMES WERE PRESENT IN THE CABIN. THE A/C SYSTEM WAS DEACTIVATED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE. MAINTENANCE WAS NOTIFIED. ON INSPECTION, THE COMPRESSOR WAS FOUND SEIZED.
