## Discrepancy

FOUND A .780 INCH CRACK FOUND IN THE UPPER FRAME DURING INSPECTION OF TAIL BOOM AFTER REMOVAL OF HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.  REPLACED THE UPPER AND LOWER FRAMES.
