## Discrepancy

PILOT COMPLETED A FUEL SAMPLE WITH NO ISSUES. PILOT AND CREW WENT TO LAUNCH AND NOTICED FUEL LEAKING FROM DRAIN ON THE FUEL TANK. THE MECHANIC DISCOVERED  A 2 INCH PIECE OF RUBBER STICKING POUT OF DRAIN VALVE ASSEMBLY.
