## Discrepancy

DURING THE INSPECTION REQUIRED BY ASB21-01 SECTION 4, DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED AT FRAME 5 ADJACENT TO THE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WALL. THE FRAME CAP HAD A 3/4 INCH LONG CRACK.
