HEAVY STATIC IN ICS SYSTEM.  PROBLEM OCCURRED  APPROXIMATELY 10-12 MINUTES IN FLIGHT AND THEN DISAPPEARED. INSPECTED AUDIO CONTROLLER/INTERCOM HARNESS AND PINS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. THIS AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO REVENUE SERVICE, REF # MEC-016217
