INVERTER 1 AND SAS 1 CAUTION WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO RESET AND BOTH SYSTEMS FAILED AGAIN.  PILOT DIVERTED TO CLOSEST SUITABLE AIRPORT TO PERFORM APPROPRIATE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE WHICH WAS A RUN-ON LANDING.
