WHILE PERFORMING MODIFICATION TU347 TO MODULE 3, DISCOVERED THE SECOND STAGE NOZZLE GUIDE VANE ERRODED AND CRACKED.  REASSEMBLED MODULE 3 QND ARE SENDING IT TO A LEVEL 4 REPAIR CENTER FOR REPAIR.
