DURING PREFLIGHT, MTF DETECTED PILOTS SIDE R/H TAIL ROTOR PEDAL TO HAVE RATCHETING FEEL WHEN RIGHT PEDAL IS FULL AFT DURING INITIAL PUSH FORWARD. CAN HEAR AND FEEL UNDER RIGHT SIDE PANEL.
