## Discrepancy

DURING FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT FOR TAIL ROTOR BALANCE AND SLEEVE REPLACEMENT YAW ACTUATOR FAILED. ATTEMPTED SEVERAL RESETS AND AUTO PILOT CHECKS BUT YAW CHANEL WOULD NOT PASS.
