## Discrepancy

UPON TAKEOFF INTO HOVER, A TRIM YAW FAILED. A TEST FLIGHT EVALUATION REVEALED YAW TRIM REPEATEDLY FAILED IN FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED YAW TRIM ACTUATOR IAW AMM 67-14-00, 4-1.
