ACTUATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING TAKE-OFF. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED SEMA ACTUATOR FAILED IMPEDANCE CHECK ON PINS B AND C. REMOVED AND REPLACED SEMA ACTUATOR IAW 67-10-00, 4-8. TEST FLIGHT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
