## Discrepancy

AFTER INSTALLING TRIPLE INDICATOR, THE R NEEDLE FAILED TO RETURN TO ZERO ALONG WITH THE #1 NEEDLE WHEN THE PUSH TO TEST BUTTON IS DEPRESSED. FAILED BUILT IN TEST INDICATION. TRIPLE INDICATOR WAS RECEIVED BAD FROM SUPPLY.
