ACTUATOR FAILURE DURING LANDING. A TEST FLIGHT EVAL REVEALED "Y" DISPLAYED ON PFDS AND "YAWEMA INVAL" DISPLAYED ON VEMD SYSTEM STATUS PAGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED SEMA ACTUATOR IAW 67-20-00, 4-14.
