VENT BLOWER FAILED IN FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT RESTRICTED FROM AIR CONDITIONING USE DUE TO BLOWER INOP. PER VENDOR, REPLACEMENT BLOWER ASSY IS NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE AWAITING FAA CERTIFICATION ON UPGRADED MODEL. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR APPROXIMATELY EIGHT MONTHS.
