THE AXIAL BLOWER WAS RECEIVED NEW FROM SUPPLY. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE DETECTED THE AXIAL BLOWER FAN BLADE STICKING AND NOT SPINNING FREELY. PART WAS TAGGED UNSERVICEABLE AND RETURNED TO SUPPLY.
