AFTER TAKEOFF, WINDSHIELD WIPER QUIT WORKING. WOULD NOT FUNCTION WITH EITHER SWITCH OR COLLECTIVE INPUTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED WIPER MOTOR IAW 30-40-00, 4-4.
