AFTER RECEIPT OF PART FROM SUPPLY, MAINTENANCE DETECTED THE FIRE BOTTLE SQUIB CARTRIDGE WAS LOOSE. REPLACED FIRE BOTTLE IAW AMM 26-21-01, 4-3.
